HOW IT WORKS :

Delivery time :
Deliveries are made by the Cargo Container company or partner to the location agreed with the customer within a minimum period of 10 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after registration and acceptance of the order.
Goods delivered:
The goods are delivered to your home and/or to any delivery location defined by the buyer. In case of urgent delivery, contact the company after your order
Delivery validation:
Upon receipt of the order, within a short period of time, telephone contact will be made with the customer to set a delivery schedule, validate their presence and the information communicated subsequently.
Receipt of goods :
Upon receipt of the goods at the place of delivery, it is up to the customer to check the conformity of the goods delivered to the order, and to make, if necessary, his written observations to the deliverer.
No unloading of goods will take place without the presence of the customer or a natural person recommended by the customer.
Only complaints noted in writing upon delivery will be taken into consideration.
No other complaints will be taken into account thereafter.
Return and liability guarantees:
In accordance with legal provisions, the company undertakes to deliver any product purchased online on the date indicated in its commercial offer.
In the absence of indication of a delivery date, the company undertakes to deliver no later than 21 days from registration and payment of the order.
